About Don

Don was one of the first partners of Real Life Ministries Alabama when it was founded in 2023 and accepted the call to ministry in March of 2025.  Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Auburn University and a Masters Degree in Aerospace Science Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  Prior to full-time ministry, he served for over 25 years in the United States Air Force, retiring in 2014.  After his time in the Air Force, he worked in the defense industry as a systems engineer.  Don enjoys flying and boating and just about anything to do on the water or in the air.  He and his wife, Lissa, have been married for more than 40 years and have three children, and two grandchildren.
